Terms of Sale
The terms for buying from our store.
These terms apply when you buy from the Cosmic Obsidian Records store at cosmicobsidianrecords.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They work together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.
Who we are
Cosmic Obsidian Records, a record label based in Orange County, California. You can reach us at info@cosmicobsidianrecords.com.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown incorrectly, an item can't be made, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Made to order, changes and cancellations
Each piece is made for you after you order, and orders go into production quickly, often within hours. So we can't promise to change or cancel an order once it's placed. If you need to, email us right away: if your order hasn't gone into production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Promotion codes
Codes work once, one per order, at checkout. They have no cash value, can't be added to an order after it's placed, and may expire.
How things look
We show each piece as accurately as we can, but colors can look different on different screens, and printed items can vary slightly from one to the next.
Shipping and returns
Delivery costs, times and customs are explained on our shipping page. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are covered by our returns policy.
Our designs and music
The designs, artwork, music and text on this site belong to Cosmic Obsidian Records and its artists. Buying a piece doesn't give you the right to copy or resell its design.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on the day you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
