Returns & Refunds
How we handle returns, faults, and refunds.
Our apparel and objects are made to order. Each item is produced for you once you place the order, then shipped from our print partners. Because nothing sits in stock, we are careful about what we can and cannot accept back.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. As items are made to order, we cannot resell or restock them. Please order carefully and check the details before you confirm.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
We will replace or refund any item that arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered. To make a claim, email info@cosmicobsidianrecords.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and any damage
- A short note on the problem
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. You do not need to return a faulty item unless we ask you to.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. A size that does not fit is not considered a fault, and made-to-order items cannot be returned for a different size. If you are unsure, write to us before you order and we will help you choose.
Digital music
Digital releases are non-refundable once the download has been delivered. If a file is corrupted or you received a duplicate purchase, email us and we will sort it out, usually with a fresh download link.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our checkout provider. Once issued, the refund may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping timeframes
Made-to-order production means delivery times vary by item and destination. A delivery that is still within the expected window is not grounds for a refund. If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
